Red Bison provides quick and easy recurring payment methods. Log in the Red Bison customer portal. Go the billing page on the left menu. Click on the Pay button in the header or in the Bill Pay section.

To view earlier statements, click on the View billing History button.
You can set up automatic monthly payments (auto-pay) in Payment Settings. First choose a default payment method in Saved Payment Methods. Then in the Payment Settings section, toggle the Automatic Payments button to the right. When you enroll in auto-pay, the full monthly balance for your account will be automatically charged to your default payment method.
If you would like to turn automatic payments off, go to the Payment Settings page. In the Payment Settings section, toggle the Automatic Payments button to the left.
Go to the Payment Settings page. You can add or delete a new payment card or ACH account. Once a payment method is added, you can set that payment to be used as default.
Red Bison accepts the following major credit cards with billing addresses in the U.S.: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Go to redbison.us/tenant. Click on forgot password? Click here, enter your email address in the window that appears. You will be emailed a temporary password. Log in with that temporary password and reset your password.

Moving your service is easy. Go to Account Settings page once you log in our customer portal, and update your Service Address. If your billing address is different from your service address, you can update your billing address at the same time.

You can make changes to your Wi-Fi plan online. Log in the customer portal. Go to Products and Services.
If you want to buy more users, click on the Buy more users button and enter the required number of additional users.
If you want to reduce the number of users, first free up the user accounts by deleting selected users in the User Management section, then click on Reduce number of users button, and enter the number of users you want to reduce by.
You can give other members of your office access to Red Bison services by creating a user account for them.
Log in the Red Bison customer portal. In the Users Management page, go to the Add Users Section.
You can either add a new user as super-admin, admin or as a Wi-Fi User. All the users have access to the Red Bison Wi-Fi.
Super-admin has access to your billing and user management.
Admin has access to user management but not to your billing.
Wi-Fi user has only access to Wi-Fi and cannot create other users and access your billing.
After selecting the user role, enter the user’s details – first name, last name, email and cell phone number. Click on the Invite User button.
The new user will receive an email with their login details. A super-admin or admin user can log in the customer portal at redbison.us/tenant.
Log in the Red Bison customer portal. You can see your list of current users at the top of the Users Management page. A super-admin and admin can edit another user’s information or reset their password. In the Current Users section, locate the user you wish to update, and then click on Edit or Reset Password as per your requirements.
