David Doud is the owner of Commercial Real Estate firm that specializes in positioning real estate for highest and best use, facilitating complex transactions, and development opportunities. He has a track record of working with industry professionals in architecture, land use planning, land use counsel, as well as public sector stakeholders to entitle and develop real property. Most recent example was a multi-year master planning effort and upzone work on behalf of the Fortin Group, recently sold for $145 million.
David is also active in the community, serving as Executive Director of a non-profit promoting greater election transparency, past President at the International School PTA, and coaching tennis at Newport High School.
With an MBA from Thunderbird, and BA from Claremont McKenna College, David is also semi fluent in German.
